How We Hire

The actual steps involved in recruitment follow a well defined path:

Shortlisting the application - In this step, we shortlist the received CVs from various sources based on their suitability for the open position.
Preliminary Assessment - Shortlisted candidates undergo an initial interview round focusing on functional competencies, as well as assessing aptitude and attitude.
Final Interview - Candidates who pass the initial interview proceed to a subsequent interview with one or more functional heads. During this stage, the final decision considers all tangible and intangible aspects of your personality.
